Print, copy and scan

Prices

A print or a copy is DDK 3 per page (A4) and DDK 4 per page (A3).
It is free of charge to make a scan of a document.
It is not allowed to use your own paper in the printers at Herning Bibliotekerne.

To print, copy, or scan you use Princh, a cloud-based solution.
When you want to print, you can use a computer at the library or your own device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet).
You can also print your document from home.
 

To print

Using a computer at the library

  1. Find and open the document you want to print
    Please note that you can not use USB devices. Instead make sure that you have online access to the file.
  2. Go to ‘File’ and choose ‘Print’ 
  3. Choose your settings and choose ‘Print’ 
  4. Pay for the print using a credit card or debit card og using the app MobilePay
  5. Use the four-digit code on the printer to release the print

Using a laptop

  1. Go to a browser and open the website print.princh.com
  2. Enter the printer ID and attach the document
  3. Choose your settings and choose ‘Print’ 
  4. Pay for the print using a credit card or debit card og using the app MobilePay
  5. Use the four-digit code on the printer to release the print

Using a smartphone or tablet

  1. On your device, install the app ‘Princh’
  2. Find the document and share it, using the app ‘Princh’
  3. Enter the printer ID and choose you settings
  4. Pay for the print using a credit card or debit card og using the app MobilePay
  5. Use the four-digit code on the printer to release the print

Printing from home 

Follow the instructions for either laptop or smartphone/tablet, choosing the Printer ID from the list below.

Please note, If the release code isn’t used within 23 hours your print job will be deleted.
 

To copy and make a scan of a document

Follow the instructions on the display on the printer.
It is free of charge to make a scan of a document.
 

To pay for printing and copying

You pay online using you credit card or debit card or the app MobilePay
